Welcome to Rougarou Collective LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). By using our services, including receiving text messages and getting tattoo services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any tattoo service at our studio.

General Studio Rules
  1. Age Restrictions:
    • No individuals under the age of 16 are permitted in the shop.
    • We do not provide tattoo services to minors at this time.
    • Other studios may tattoo minors aged 16-17 with proper legal guardian consent. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian, and both the minor and guardian must provide valid state-issued IDs. Additionally, a copy of the minor’s birth certificate will be required.
  2. Alcohol and Drugs:
    • Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the shop.
    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Tattoo Service Policies
  1. Identification Requirements:
    • A valid photo ID is required for all tattoo services. This ensures that all customers are of legal age and helps us maintain proper records.
  2. Studio Minimum and Touch-Ups:
    • We have a $100 minimum charge for all tattoo services, which includes free touch-ups within the first year if necessary.
  3. Pricing and Quotes:
    • Tattoo prices will not be quoted over the phone. Prices depend on factors such as size, location, level of detail, and technical requirements of the design. Please visit our studio in person to receive a price quote from our staff.
  4. Appointments and Deposits:
    • We operate on an appointments-only basis. To reserve your appointment, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit will be applied to the final price of your tattoo.
    • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. If you fail to show up without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited and given to the artist who prepared your artwork.
  5. Payment Terms:
    • Cash only is accepted as a form of payment. Please ensure you have the required amount of cash on hand at the time of your appointment.

Health and Safety
  1. Personal Health and Safety:
    • If you have any health conditions or are taking medications that could affect your ability to heal properly, please inform us before your appointment.
    • For your safety, we will not proceed with any tattoo services if we believe it may negatively affect your health.

Text Messaging CommunicationsBy opting into text messaging services, you agree to receive the following types of messages:
  • Promotional Messages: Information about special offers, promotions, and discounts related to our tattoo services.
  • Informational Messages: Updates on appointments, service availability, and general information about our services.
Message Frequency:
  • You may receive messages on a weekly basis, depending on your engagement with Rougarou Collective, LLC.
Message and Data Rates:
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out Instructions:
  • You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Miscellaneous
  1. Right to Refuse Service:
    • Rougarou Collective LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior, refusal to comply with our policies, or suspected intoxication.
  2. Copyright and Design Ownership:
    • All artwork created at Rougarou Collective LLC remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed upon. By agreeing to have a tattoo designed and inked, you acknowledge that you are purchasing the tattoo service, not the ownership of the artwork itself.
  3. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
    • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." By continuing to use our services, you agree to the revised Terms and Conditions.
